About an existing booking
- Always mention your order number (AE-…). You find it in your confirmation email.
- On the day of your trip, call the driver directly: the driver's name and phone number are sent to you the day before. If you cannot reach the driver, call or WhatsApp us at +32 493 64 13 11.
- To cancel, use My bookings or the link in your confirmation email. See our cancellation policy.
Business accounts
Travel agencies, hotels, event organisers and companies can apply for a business account. Email info@aeroportexperiences.com with your company name, VAT number, country and the airports you need. We will get back to you with the details.
