How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept as long as required by Belgian tax and accounting law. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Write to info@aeroportexperiences.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Essential cookies (always on)

  • aesid: keeps your search, selected vehicle and booking session. Deleted when you close your browser.
  • ae_consent: remembers your cookie choice. Kept for 6 months.
  • Stripe: Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment page to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Stripe's cookie policy.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

  • _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited. They tell us how many people visit the site, which pages they view and whether a booking was completed. Kept for up to 2 years.

Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

  • Cookies from advertising partners such as Google Ads (for example _gcl_au, up to 90 days) to measure which of our ads lead to bookings.

What we share with Google
We never send your name, email address, phone number or addresses to Google. For measurement we only share the pages you visit, the type of service you searched for and, after a booking, the booking number and the amount. If you refuse analytics and marketing cookies, Google tools on this site run in a restricted mode that does not store cookies on your device.
