About us
Aeroport Experiences makes the moments around your flight easy: a private driver waiting at arrivals, a quiet lounge before departure, a chauffeur for the day. You see the full price before you book, you pay once, and you get your confirmation straight away.
What we do
- Private airport transfers from the airport to your hotel, home or meeting, and back, at a fixed price per vehicle.
- Airport lounges at selected airports, on their own or together with your transfer.
- Chauffeur by the hour, from 1 to 48 hours, for meetings, shopping or day trips.
More airport services, such as meet and greet and fast track, are coming soon.
How it works
We are a booking platform. We work with Paxvel Hub, a network of licensed local transport companies, lounge operators and chauffeur services. When you book with us, your booking goes straight to the provider in that city, who carries out the service. We stay your point of contact from booking to arrival.
What you can count on
- One clear price per vehicle, VAT included. No surge pricing, no surprises at the end of the ride.
- Instant confirmation by email, and your driver's details the day before.
- Flight tracking: your driver adjusts to your actual landing time.
- Free cancellation until 24 hours before your service.
- Secure card payment through Stripe.
- Support 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp and email.
